We cater to our customers from our regional sales offices. These sales offices include Zaandam, Netherlands; Bangkok, Thailand; Shanghai, China; Manila, Philippines; Jakarta, Indonesia and Montreal, Canada. In 2025, we will also open a sales office in Africa. These sales offices are closely linked to our regional product development centers and our production sites in Zaandam and Bangkok.

Your challenge

As an All-round Supply Chain Specialist, you will be jointly responsible for the execution of our short- and long-term production planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Sales Order Management (SOM). In this role you are involved in all three specialties within our Supply Chain and therefore you know our organization's Supply Chain process inside and out. In addition, you have the knowledge and ideas to optimize planning processes and you are therefore important in our department's improvement projects.

In the position of All-round Supply Chain Specialist, you are the point of contact of the department for our colleagues and you are the link between Supply Chain and the rest of the organization. You will therefore work closely with the Production team, Sales and Technology & Innovation.

  • • Aligning internal processes relevant to the supply chain department with manufacturing, technology & innovation, sales and purchasing.
  • • Identifying bottlenecks and bottlenecks on time and taking proactive action.
  • • The continuous identification of areas for improvement, devising and implementing solutions together with the departments and parties involved.
  • • Responsible for short and long term production planning.
  • • (co)responsible for material planning, calling up raw materials.
  • • (co)responsible for sales order management.
  • • Involved in in- and phase-outs of products and raw materials as part of the lifecycle management process.

Your Profile

  • • A completed college or university education in a relevant field such as: Supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
  • • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning (or similar).
  • • Experience working in SAP.
  • • You think solution oriented.
  • • You are flexible and can prioritize well.
  • • You have good communication skills.
  • • A passion for Food.
  • • You are a great colleague who enjoys working in a small and close team.
  • • Because we are an international organization it is a must that you master both the Dutch and English language.
