Sales Order Management (Bangkok)

Your Challenge
In the role of Sales Order Management, you are responsible for booking sales orders, organizing (local & international) transport and handling import and export shipments for European customers. High reliability of deliveries to customers is one of the most important goals for Exter. Excellent communication and coordination with customers and sales managers are key drivers for the team performance.
The main duties and responsibilities of the position are:- • Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately by providing the customers confirmation notifications and communicating with customers if any additional or special requirement is needed.
- • Perform order entries in the system which includes entering the sales orders, purchase orders (to vendor), proforma invoices, good receipts, purchase invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, tax invoices including shipping documents according to customer and shipping requirements with complete documents to ensure on time delivery.
- • Communicating with vendors to monitor the efficient arrival of purchased products and provide regular shipment updates to customers.
- • Responsible to liaise and working closely with third party logistics service providers, freight forwarders, courier services, or warehouse personnel for both inbound and outbound deliveries arrangements.
- • Responsible for the movement of materials to a warehouse location in preparation for shipment, and conduct receiving activities.
- • Request export documents from FDA, Chamber of Commerce, Custom or DFT according to customer’s requirements.
- • Be participant of quality management system.
- • Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement.

- • You are familiar with the European culture.
- • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of order processing, shipping, receiving, and import / export operation.
- • Familiar with the food industry would be preferred.
- • Basic knowledge in MS office, Outlook and SAP.
- • Fluent in English is required.
