Favourite Festive Cookie Recipe Of Timo

INGREDIENTS

225 gButter
150 gWhite caster sugar
8 gVanilla sugar
1Egg yolk
280 gWhite flour
1 pinchSalt
1 gSAVOUREX DC001PK - Dark roast, mild taste in 10 ml water

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS WE RECOMMEND:

75 gChocolate chips (for one part dough)
40 gDried coconut chips (for one part dough)

PREPERATION

1. Add the butter and the sugars to a food processor and mix until it is smooth
2. Add the egg yolk and the SAVOUREX DC001PK (in the water) and blend until it is solved. Finally add the flour and salt in two parts to form the dough
3. Divide the dough in 4 equal parts. Wrap each part in cling film and put it in the fridge for at least an hour but preferably two hours
4. Blend in topics to taste, use chocolate chips, dried banana or other fruit chunks, raisins or coconut flakes or leave them natural. Be creative and use the four parts to make four different cookies
5. Make little balls of 1.5 cm diameter. Then flatten them a little with the palm of your hand
6. Oven bake them in a preheated oven for 16 minutes at 180 °C
7. Serve with fresh fruit, chocolates and coffee or tea
