50 g | Grated cheese | |
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SEASONING
3 tsp | Wheat Flour | |
1 tsp | CulinairEx HZ002PK – Umami | |
1 tsp | CulinairEX VO001PK – Sautéed onion | |
1 tsp | EXHANCE MZ001P – Cheese booster | |
1 tsp | Garlic powder | |
To taste | Black pepper | |
To taste | Salt | |
PREPARATION
1. Mix the butter with the grated cheese in a bowl2. Blend the wheat flour through the cheese mixture
3. Pre heat the oven to 180 °C
4. Roll the dough and cut in four parts. Roll five balls of each dough part, so you have twenty cheese balls.
5. Divide the cheesy balls on baking paper on an oven tray. Make sure to keep some space between the bites
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and let them cool a little
7. Use a small bag or container to weigh in all seasoning ingredients. Close the bag or container and shake well
8. Use a spoon to sprinkle the topside of each bite with the seasoning and shake off the excess powder above a clean plate
9. Serve with your favorite cheeses and apple syrup or fruit compote.
